She’s real comfortable, gold and cheap, and she even dries my laundry. That’s my Mary. She’s our girl!
Hi Lael! Welcome back to the US of A. I just saw, via Nicholas, that you’ve started a blog. I’ll be watching.
Thanks, Gary! My new bike got a make-over yesterday. I bought a 2.4″ Maxxis Ardent tire and Nick installed a used race face crank set with a double- the small ring is a 22, so now I can crawl uphill.
We may be heading your way soon. I heard you rode the divide this summer, so I’ll bet you have lots of colorful stories to share.
Cool! You’ll like the Ardent, I think. I hope you do make it this way before the snow flies. Do you both know about the IMBA summit in Sante Fe in Oct? Big Agnes has free camping and we can test drive their tents and gear. I can send more details if this appeals to you.
Wow, the summit sounds really cool. We might come through Del Norte in the next week and then hitch to Durango to fly to Vegas for Interbike. Nick’ll be writing you.
The new Platinum tent sounds like something I could carry. Maybe.
Gros bisous lael !
Bon voyage gros bisous !
Merci Johanna!
Gros Bisous! Bon voyage!
